The Scottish FA's partnership with Tesco Bank was celebrated recently as its Football Challenge reached Perth.

Over 100 children from seven local schools had a ball along with former St Johnstone players Danny Griffin, Paul Sheerin and Josh Falkingham.

Led by Sainties' coaching staff, children enjoyed football games and skill stations during the all-action hour on the astroturf - right next to home of the Fair City's top flight club.

The primary schools involved in this year’s Tesco Bank Football Challenge in Perth are: Our Lady’s Primary School, Goodlyburn Primary School, Tulloch Primary School, North Muirton Primary School, Balhousie Primary School and St Ninian’s Primary School.

The Tesco Bank Challenge aims to help encourage primary school children aged between six and eight to live active lives both at and outside school.
