The third annual National Girls U15 Camp was a huge success according to the Head of Girls' and Women's Football, Sheila Begbie.
100 young players from the country's regional squads attended the residential camp to train, play and learn with Scottish FA coaches and Women's National staff.
These are exiting times as the first Women's National Academy is set to launch at Stirling University in August.
Sheila Begbie was keen to stress the pathway for the Elite Under 15s attending the Camp at Tulliallan to the National Academy.
She spoke to www.scottishfa.co.uk about the importance of both these events.
