We can now confirm that the UEFA B Licence course, specifically for coaches actively working at clubs, is now open for applications.
The course will be delivered on an experiential basis, with Scottish FA tutors visiting course participants at their clubs.
Prerequisites for this are as follows:
- Must have your own team to work with at minimum U15 Level
- Must have half a pitch available for evening sessions
- Qualified to Goalkeeping Basic Licence, Youth Award or C Licence Level (4 years Professional Playing Experience is acceptable) Club Coach Certificates will no longer be accepted.
The course is run from February to November with the majority of the course taking place in the evening, at your own club, or a club of your course colleague’s.
The entire course participant group will meet at various locations on the following dates, which are compulsory for attendance and course fulfilment:

There will be a minimum of 16 visits to clubs for practical sessions with assignments and session plans required throughout to make the 120 hour B Licence requirement.
Applications are now open and will close on Sunday 8th January 2017, the course fee of £2040.00 (inclusive of assessment fee) being due on application.
