James Grady led Scotland in their latest Victory Shield campaign with the squad undoubtedly benefitting from the experiences having played three competitive games in Northern Ireland.
The Scots kicked off their campaign with a 1-1 draw with Wales.
Dan Malone edged the Welsh in front before Motherwell striker Cole Starrs levelled for Scotland.
Wednesday brought a stiff test against the hosts, with Celtic midfielder Dylan Forrest’s goal unable to stop the Under-16s losing out 2-1.
The third and final fixture against last year’s champions, Republic of Ireland, ended in a 2-0 defeat.
