Donald Park led his Scotland Under-19s squad for the first time last week as he began life in his new role as head coach.

Taking on Serbia first up, Scotland lost 3-1 with Jack Aitchison scoring in a game where Zak Rudden was sent-off.

In the second match just a day later, Scotland were quick out the blocks and took the lead through Glenn Middleton before Dunfermline Athletic’s Callum Smith notched twice in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

The competition ended in a 2-2 stalemate with Montenegro where Jack Aitchison scored his second goal in the competition. Montenegro then won on penalties, finishing in sixth place.

The under-19s will now play two friendlies against France before the Euro qualifying round against Luxembourg, Armenia and Czech Republic in November.
