Anna Signeul’s side played all 5 of their home games at Fir Park during the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying campaign, winning 4 and scoring 21 goals. Jane Ross was Scotland’s most prolific striker at the ground with 5 goals to her name including a hat-trick in that final game against the Faroe Islands.

Scotland make it 14 goals from their opening two Qualifying games with a 7-0 win in Motherwell. Lisa Evans opens the scoring before Leanne Ross and Kim Little add to the first-half tally. Rachel Corsie, Jane Ross, Jennifer Beattie and Suzanne Lappin add to the scoreline before full-time.

Another win for Scotland at Fir Park as Jane Ross and Jennifer Beattie score to give Anna Signeul’s side a well-earned 2-0 victory.

Scotland 2-0 Poland – 5 April 2014
Another clean-sheet for Scotland as second-half strikes from Lisa Evans and Leanne Crichton gift the team their first qualifying win of 2014.


Scotland 1-3 Sweden – 14 June 2014
A disappointing result to the eventual Group winners and Scotland’s only home defeat of the Group stage. Caroline Seger’s early strike was cancelled out by Kim Little before Kosovare Asllani’s double sealed the game for the Swedes.


Scotland 9-0 Faroe Islands – 13 September 2014

Scotland finish their home campaign in blistering form, putting nine goals past the Faroe Islands. Jane Ross scored a hat-trick while Corsie (x2), Little, Weir, Crichton and Beattie also got on the act.
