The Scottish Football Association respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your consent unless legally required or as set out in our privacy notice. The Scottish FA will process any personal data that may be collected from you for the purpose of administering the Scottish Cup predictor game and maintaining records. Our legal grounds for processing your personal information are contractual, as processing is necessary to provide the service of the Scottish Cup Predictor and to notify prize winners by email. We will retain your data for a period of one year following the conclusion of the 2021-22 Scottish Cup Final.
Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The Promoter is The Scottish Football Association Limited, Hampden Park, Glasgow, G42 9AY.
Competition: The title of the competition is the Scottish Cup Predictor. Entrants are required to submit their predictions for the Scottish Cup games. There will be one winner per round of the Scottish Cup, and one winner for the competition as a whole. Winners will be selected from those with the most correctly predicted results over a Scottish Cup round, and the overall winner will be selected from the entrants with the most correctly predicted results over all the rounds of the Scottish Cup. In the event of a tie after each round, the person with the most correct scores for that round will be deemed the winner. If it is still a tie, then a random draw will take place amongst those with the most correct scores. In the event of a tie for the overall winner, the person with the most correct scores across the whole competition will be deemed the winner. If it is still a tie, then a random draw will take place amongst those with the most correct scores.
How to enter: The overall competition will open at 5:00pm on Wednesday, 19 January 2022 and closes at 9am on Saturday 21 May 2022. Entries for each round shall open once each Round’s fixtures are confirmed and will close 3 hours before the first match of each Round kicks off.
All competition entries received after the closing dates are automatically disqualified.

No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including (for example) as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The entries will be reviewed on an automated basis to select the entrants with the most correctly predicted results and a winner will be selected at random from these entries. All decisions made on this basis will be final.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Scottish FA or SPFL, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
- automatically generated by a computer;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- photocopies and not originals; or
There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
Competition entries cannot be returned.
Prize: Each Round winner will receive an annual subscription to Premier Sports; the subscription can be offered for those on Sky or for the Premier Player. Winners will need to complete a subscription form to activate their prize. The overall winner for the competition will receive a VIP Scottish Cup Final experience, including tickets to the final, access to a complimentary pre and post-match bar, a complimentary buffet and access special event (including guest speakers).
The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or train stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash equivalent for the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter makes it necessary to do so.
The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
The Scottish FA will contact prize-winners directly, via details submitted as part of the competition entry. In order to claim the prize, you must respond within 72 hours.
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Winners: The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter will contact the winner personally via email as soon as practicable after the winner has been drawn. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the most correctly predicted entries.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the winners on the Promoter's website following the conclusion of each round.
If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Provider via digital@scottishfa.co.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Limitation of Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General: If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter is not sponsored or endorsed or administered or associated with Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, and Twitter, Facebook and Instagram do not endorse the products of the Promoter. No information relating to any entrants is collected on behalf of or passed onto Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scots law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
