Sixth-tier Auchinleck Talbot were the story of the Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup Fourth Round Draw as the Beechwood Park side were drawn against Celtic.
The West of Scotland Football League side secured an impressive 4-0 win over Dumbarton on Saturday, and they were rewarded with a home tie against Celtic, who are the most successful side in the competition, having lifted the Scottish Cup on 42 occasions.
The draw for Round Four took place live on BBC Scotland on Sunday evening, with former Celtic, Hibernian and Ayr United winger Aiden McGeady conducting the draw alongside host Jonathan Sutherland.
Hibernian, one of McGeady's former sides, will face a tricky trip to face Dunfermline Athletic, while holders Aberdeen are at home to Raith Rovers.
There are three all-Premiership clashes, as Kilmarnock face Dundee, Livingston take on St Mirren and Hearts host Falkirk.
East of Scotland Football League side Camelon Juniors saw off Edinburgh City in Round Three and they will host another League Two side in Elgin City in the Fourth Round.
Rangers are at home to Annan Athletic, with Dundee United hosting Ayr United.
The full set of fixtures are listed below.
The ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday, 17 January 2026.
Reacting to the draw, McGeady said: "For Auchinleck Talbot, it will be huge for them in terms of revenue and I'm not sure whether it's happened often in terms of one of the biggest sides facing a team from this level.
"For their players, it might be the biggest game they ever play in so it's hugely exciting and it'll be a great occasion.
"One of my other former side Hibs face Dunfermline, with Neil Lennon up against his old team so there's a bit of a connection there too.
"I think the Scottish Cup is magic. You've got so many smaller teams that have a chance of getting quite far in the competition and potentially achieving something that's never happened before.
McGeady lifted the trophy on two occasions with Celtic, coming on as a substitute in 2005 in a 1-0 win against Dundee United and playing the full match in a victory over Dunfermline by the same scoreline in 2007.
Reflecting on his Scottish Cup memories, he said: "I'd got a medal for the league win the season before, but the 2005 Scottish Cup felt like the first major trophy that I'd won that I'd been a part of so it'll always be special.
"I managed to lift a few more trophies at Celtic but it'll always be a great memory. It was only a goal lead when I came on so it was a bit nerve-wracking but winning the Scottish Cup is something everyone always grows up wanting to do.
"Winning it in 2005 and again two years later, I'm not saying you take it for granted but with a team like Celtic you do always expect to win trophies - although they don't come easy, they all have to be earned."
Martin O'Neill, who has recently returned to Celtic for a spell as interim manager, was McGeady's manager for the 2005 triumph and the winger was full of praise for his former manager.
He added: "Martin was brilliant for me. He gave me my debut at Celtic and he showed faith in me when some other managers may not have.
"I played a lot under him, especially in that 2004/2005 season. I played in the Champions League and I started against AC Milan when I was only 18.
"I played a lot under him with the Republic of Ireland too so I've got massive respect for Martin.
"Since he's come back to Celtic he's steadied the ship and it's not effected his legacy in any way - which I was worried might happen.
"If today's match against Hibernian is to be his last game, then he comes out with a lot of credit, especially taking over at a tumultous time in the club's history."
The former Republic of Ireland midfielder retired as a footballer last year after leaving Ayr United, and although he has been doing some scouting and some media work, McGeady is happy to take his time before going back into football full-time.
"I'm not in any great rush to get back into football," he said. "I do some recruitment and scouting work part-time but I'm enjoying being retired.
"Having a football career, you spend your whole life being told where to be and what to do, so it's nice to spend time with my kids and watch them play football as well.
"I'm just waiting for the right thing to come up to be honest. Something that suits me and hopefully that comes because I really want to still be involved in football."
