Not everyone has the same opportunities when it comes to developing transferable skills that can help secure a job, or support career growth.
The Scottish FA and Chase want to help change that, by harnessing the power of football to help individuals develop and unlock their potential, on and off the pitch.
The new Chase Coaching Programme is improving access to football coaching qualifications for individuals where cost is a barrier.
Football coaching not only helps develop transferable skills including communication and leadership which can help a team to thrive on the pitch but also can be used for future employment and in life off the pitch.
As the Official Banking Partner of the Scottish FA, Chase is funding 400 UEFA Grassroots Leader Awards to help encourage new coaches into the game at a grassroots level and 15 UEFA B and 15 UEFA Youth A Youth Licence qualifications to help further develop coaching careers and create role models for future generations.
We'd love you to get involved and start developing your skills for future success.
Please check out our eligibility criteria to see if you are suitable for a fully funded place.
Applications for UEFA Licences will be available in the summer.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the course, individuals must meet the following criteria, at the time of application:
