Heart of Midlothian will take on their Edinburgh rivals Hibernian at Tynecastle in the fifth round of the William Hill Scottish Cup.
In the draw at Hampden Park, in which Scottish FA President Alan McRae was joined by Brian Laudrup and Gary Anderson, Scottish Premiership champions Celtic were drawn to either Lowland League East Kilbride or Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale of the East of Scotland Premier Division.
Elsewhere, Annan Athletic - who defeated Hamilton Academical 4-1 on Saturday, were rewarded with a home tie against Greenock Morton, while Rangers were paired with Kilmarnock for the second successive season.
Dundee United were drawn against fellow Premiership outfit Partick Thistle, and should Linlithgow Rose defeat Forfar Athletic in their replay they will travel to either Dunfermline or Dingwall.
Cup holders Inverness Caledonian Thistle, if they can beat Stirling Albion in next week's replay, will face Motherwell at Fir Park. Dumbarton, who knocked out Queen of the South on Saturday, were drawn at home to either Dundee or Falkirk.
